MCF’s ownership is comprised of ten Shareholders, all of whom are active employees at MCF. MCF has 35 team members in total across their Lexington, Louisville & Cincinnati offices. Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the Commonwealth’s best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. The selection process managed by Workforce Research Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The award is sponsored by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM), and a rotating third party sponsor, (2020 - 2023 ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company, Lifestyle Health Plans 2019).
MCF receives an email invitation to participate in the survey. No payment was required for participating in the survey, however, MCF is a dues-paying member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM). Each year, 100 companies are selected as winners. The number of participating entries was not disclosed. Winner rankings will be announced at an awards banquet which requires a payment for the cost of attendance.
