PRESS RELEASE: MCF Named Winner in Kentucky Chamber of Commerce's Best Place to Work in Kentucky List

LEXINGTON, KY. – MCF is pleased to announce it has been named a winner in the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Best Places to Work in Kentucky. This is the fifth straight year that MCF has been honored with a top 20 place on the list, coming in at number 16 in the Small Business Category. We are proud to continue to support a collaborative and positive work environment where our team is engaged and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce supports a dynamic business climate in the Commonwealth. The organization works to advance Kentucky and provides significant value to its members by providing vision, advocacy, information, program management, and customer service to accelerate economic growth and business expansion within the state.

Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the Commonwealth’s best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. The selection process managed by Workforce Research Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The award is sponsored by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM), and a rotating third party sponsor, (2020 - 2023 ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company, Lifestyle Health Plans 2019).  

Active MCF employees, as of February 28, 2023, received an email invitation to participate in the survey. No payment was required for participating in the survey, however, MCF is a dues paying member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM). Each year, 100 companies are selected as winners. The number of participating entries was not disclosed. Winner rankings were announced at an awards banquet on June 8, 2023. MCF did not attend the banquet.
